The IR rewards will take place at the same time on the Sunday after the IR every week.
What happens at the IR rewards is the leader(Tifa) activates it then an NPC will spawn, accept and turn in his quest and you will receive pots of your choice as well as a decent amount of exp every minute for 10 minute. It is located on the side opposite of the campfire, by the statue and the 4 elder npcs.
Date:The Sunday after each IR. Time: 10:10 is when it will start.
It will be like this unless otherwise mentioned by Tifa.
